"GUILTY UNTIL PROVEN INNOCENT."

Millions of innocent lives fall victim to the brokenness within America's criminal justice system. Join us as we support the Innocence Project in exonerating the wrongfully condemned.

Our MISSION

Innocence Over Injustice, a club at California High School, seeks to support the wrongfully condemned. We plan to do this by fundraising for the Innocence Project as well as one of its branch organizations nearest to us, the NorCal Innocence Project. By standing in support alongside the legal professionals who work to correct the mistrials within the criminal justice system, we hope to make a difference for those who were deprived of the justice that is their right.

100% of the proceeds will be donated to NCIP, a branch organization of the Innocence Project.

What are wrongful convictions?

Wrongful convictions occur when a person who is innocent is convicted of a crime they did not commit. They are often the result of erroneous factors such as false testimony, eyewitness misidentification, or lack of adequate legal defense.
